How can I get a Student Flat apartment?

About our student living in our residences
Although we always prioritise proximity to universities and institutions, distances vary significantly depending on your chosen student accommodation. Check out the factfile for each property to find out all the details.
Most of our student housing is furnished, but not all. This information is available on the factfile for each property, which you can consult at any time.
- None of our properties provide bedding. You should bring what you need.
- Some apartments may come equipped with kitchenware. Check out the factfile for the individual residence to find out if this is the case.
To ensure a respectful shared living environment, pets are not permitted.
No, our student housing is designed for individual tenants.
Yes, all our buildings have a laundry room. On the detail page, you’ll find a list of all the shared spaces.
Most of our buildings offer bike storage. Check out the factfile for each property for all the details.
Applications and terms and conditions
The minimum tenancy is six months. The lease can then be terminated at the end of each month (except December), subject to three months' notice.
This is specific to each residence. Information can be found on the detail page for the residence.
European guarantors are accepted.
The extract from the Registre des Poursuites, or prosecution register, states whether you have been prosecuted at any point in the last five years. Anyone who has lived in Switzerland for at least three months can order this document from the Office des Poursuites in their municipality. If you do not live in Switzerland, you don’t have to provide this document.
